My goal has always been to offer help that works - that really gives people the insight, skills and tools to make lasting and significant changes so they are more empowered and peaceful in their relationship and in their lives.
A Unique Approach
The counselling model I use is one I co-created with my colleague, Dana daPonte and it was born out of the need for us to end our negative patterns and to feel better ~ emotionally ~ in our lives. It has worked for me. It has worked for her. It has worked for others. You can learn more about it here.
The Avenues for Change
There are three main ways I provide help: private sessions, group sessions and my self-study courses. Your personal preferences, needs and learning style will determine which avenue works best for you.
